Look out: It is almost time for the 31st annual Berkeley Indigenous People’s Day Pow Wow & Indian Market! This year it will take place on October 7, from 10 am to 6 pm. It will celebrate Native American foods, arts & crafts, and American Indian culture. At 10 am there will be an Exhibition Dance, at noon a land acknowledgment and at 1 pm a Grand Entry. It will be a really fun event celebrating 531 years of resistance and renewal and there is no cost to get in. Make sure to stop by and show your support!
