If you are posting your Vote by Mail ballot, mail it by
Thursday, May 28, 2026 to insure it is received in time to be processed.

If you are HOME BOUND and cannot complete your ballot without help call the Registrar of Voters to make an appointment. 1 (510) 272-6973.

BALLOT DROPBOXES

Mail-in ballots can be dropped in any Alameda County Dropbox. They can also be dropped at any open Vote Center in Alameda County. They can always be dropped in a US Postal Mailbox before June 2, no stamps needed. ALAMEDA COUNTY DROP BOXES

The ACVOTE On The Go program is for voters and care facilities to request a Registrar of Voters team to assist voters with receiving, marking, and returning the ballot for voters:
• who are confined to their homes due to a medical emergency
• with disabilities
• who are hospitalized or staying in healthcare facilities

* Voters who missed the May 18, 2026 voter registration deadline can still register and vote up to and including Election Day at the Alameda County Registrar of Voters Office, 1225 Fallon Street G-1, Oakland and at any Vote Center Location.
