A representative of BayREN will outline the Bay Area Multifamily Building Enhancements program. BAMBE gives cash rebates for qualifying energy-saving upgrades. In part 2 of the presentation, a panel will discuss the common interests that property owners and renters share in upgrades that promote safety and energy-efficiency.
