Later Thursday evening, at the League office at 2530 San Pablo Ave, learn more about the plight of immigrants in the US with two films “Immigrants for Sale” and “Pursing the Dream.” This double feature will bring alive how companies are profiting by running bad prisons for immigrants and the dreadful uncertainties faced by DACA {Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals] young people in Trump’s America now face.  The League has strong policies on Immigration that motivated members can use to fight for fair treatment and a pathway to citizenship for undocumented immigrants.
