Honoring MLK Day, join the Alameda County Albany Library and
the City of Albany in bringing together teen service organizations to share their experience of giving back in their communities.
Featuring:
- Readings from Alameda County Youth Poet Laureate finalists. The Youth Poet Laureate serves as an ambassador to inspire civic engagement, social justice, cultural awareness, and literary excellence in our communities.
- Live music performance by the Berkeley School of Rock House Band and the Albany High School Vocal Soul
acapella group - Albany High School Service Clubs tabling and presenting their work.
