We are learning quickly as we attempt to build plans to mitigate emissions and adapt.  If your community does not have a climate action plan, you can be instrumental in getting one started.  Some examples of current plans are Berkeley, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Benicia,  Antioch, Los Angeles, San Diego, and the University of California.  Also get involved with adaption strategies for climate change – how we will deal with the many changes.
