 Election Results & Problems?

What an election! Did you run into any problems? Tell us about them in a comment below.

Did you use any of the resources of the Alameda Country Registrar of Voters–to check whether you were registered or your vote by mail ballot had been received? Retiring Registrar Dave Macdonald, who was also the head of the Country IT Department, did a remarkable job over the last few years making the website really friendly and helpful for voters and would-be voters.

To look up the initial Election results and, a month later, the official results, go to the Alameda Country Registrar of Voters page on Current Election Results or the California Secretary of State Statewide Election Results. For national results, the New York Times and other newspapers and websites generally do a good job.
