Michael Bond, a Fire Marshal and an Emergency Preparedness Coordinator with the El Cerrito/Kensington Fire Department, will be addressing fire behavior, fire mitigation through fuel management guidelines, bringing us up to date on upgrades since the ’91 fire, and giving us practical ways we may lessen our risks for fire.
